Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Kloud Frame ("we," "us," or "our"). By hiring us for digital, creative, or technical services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these terms. We aim to be a "safe haven" for business, meaning these terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and protective for both parties.

 

2. Scope of Services We provide a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital: Web Development, 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing.

  • Physical: Drone Cinematography, CCTV Installation, Network Infrastructure. The specific details of your project (deliverables, timelines, and costs) will be outlined in your specific Project Quote or Invoice.

 

3. Payments & Deposits

  • Deposit: To protect our freelance team, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins on any project.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion or handover.

  • Late Fees: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables (e.g., website transfer, high-res video files, admin passwords) until full payment is received.

 

4. Revisions & Approvals (Digital Work)

  • Standard Revisions: Unless stated otherwise, our quotes include two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

  • Scope Creep: Any changes requested after the agreed-upon design is approved, or additional features not listed in the original quote, will be charged at an hourly rate or a fixed additional fee.

 

5. Physical Installations (CCTV & Networking)

  • Site Access: The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for installation.

  • Handover: Upon completion, we will hand over all administrative passwords and access codes to the Client.

  • Liability: Once the system is handed over, Kloud Frame is not responsible for forgotten passwords, network hacking, or system failures caused by third-party interference, power surges, or lack of maintenance. We are installers, not a security monitoring firm; we are not liable for any theft or damages to the property.

 

6. Drone Operations

  • Safety First: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule drone flights due to bad weather (rain, high winds) or safety concerns.

  • Permissions: While we assist with planning, the Client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to film on the specific property.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Transfer of Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables (e.g., the website, the video file, the printed catalogs).

  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and social media to showcase our skills, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

 

8. Cancellation

  • If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the initial deposit serves as a cancellation fee to cover the time and resources already invested by our team.

 

9. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
