Refund Policy

Our Promise of Fairness At Kloud Frame, we believe in honest business. We don't want to keep your money if we haven't earned it. However, because our work involves custom creative time and technical labor, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you (the Client) and our hardworking team of freelancers.
1. Project Deposits

The Rule: To secure our team's time, we typically require a 50% deposit to start a project.

The Refund: If you change your mind before we have started any work, we will happily refund your deposit in full, minus any small transaction fees charged by the bank or payment processor.

Once Work Begins: Once our team has started designing, coding, or planning, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This covers the time and resources we have already committed to your project.
2. Digital Services (Web, 3D, & Design)

Satisfaction First: We offer revisions during the project to ensure you love the result. We do not offer refunds on completed projects simply due to a change of taste after the final approval.

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project midway, you will not be charged the final balance, but any payments made for milestones already completed are non-refundable.
3. Physical Installations (CCTV & Networking)

Hardware: If we provided hardware (cameras, routers) that is defective, we will assist you in processing the warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier.

Labor: Fees for installation labor are non-refundable once the work has been performed, as this time cannot be recovered.
4. Drone & Media Services

Weather Policy: If we cannot fly due to bad weather (rain/high winds), you are entitled to a full refund of your booking fee, or we can reschedule for the next available sunny day at no extra cost.

Cancellations: If you cancel a shoot with less than 24 hours' notice, a small cancellation fee may apply to cover our team's reserved schedule.
5. How to Request a Refund We handle every situation human-to-human. If you feel a refund is deserved, please talk to us. We promise to listen and find a fair solution.
